It's not mean. Rather my child have the chance to have a good childhood and not be picked on for buck teeth. Kids can be cruel so why not lessen the chances of hurtful words and the prices of braces eek. Besides its friggen gross. Sooo many germs are on your hands.

That is so fucking horrible. I can't believe this. When my dad tells me to stop sucking my thumb I tell him 'atleast I don't smoke or do drugs to calm me down', because in the end there's nothing wrong with it, it helps calm you down and to sleep and that shouldn't be taken away from this little girl in such a horrible way.
