  • Let me rephrase...yes there will always be a jump. One where actual ground clearance occurs will not always happen. The point of the movement is to achieve triple extension. Triple extension can be achieved without actually leaving the ground.

    The goal is tippy toes pretty much right? Its how I was always taught but other feedback is appreciated as well

  • In theory, yes you jump. But when weight gets to a certain point jumping isn't gonna happen no matter how hard you try.

  • @michaelsnyder35 you always jump the weight up. the point isn't to jump high, but to jump hard..if that makes sense.
