I hiked up to the top of Harney Peak last summer...That was when I realized I was afraid of heights. It was beautiful, but I was shaking the whole time! Haha. =P
Cool video. We were there in late October and camped out with our dog 1/4 mile from the summit. Wish I had the camera on me then but I do have a video of some burros that tried to hijack us on the loop.
The catch basin next to it at 1:20 was the watch crew's only source of fresh water from melted snow and rainwater.

Very nice! You don't comment on it but at the first is a shot of the tomb of Valentine McGillycuddy, the first climber of Harney.

Ahhhh ... that must have been nice to have camped so close to the summit. Was it as snowy and icy as when I was there? (Hopefully not.)
