The thing about the brews is that they lower your strength, attack, defense, ranged, and magic levels. In order to counteract this negative effect, he brings super restore pots too (which are the off colored-purple pots).

woox, I've just been on rs wiki reading about nex and I have a suggestion about the blood phase, it says if reavers aren't killed before next siphon they all die and all their hp goes to her. Perhaps you should try focusing mainly on reavers then only fight nex once they're all dead? that way she won't heal so fast and you can do positive damage on her again
