@enmanueltejada Yes...BUT...if your nBox model is the wrong one for the firmware then you might easily make your nBox dead! The seller sent me the correct firmware upgrade for my model via email attachment (it's only 3 megabytes). Perhaps your seller can do the same. Or I can email you the one I have, at your own risk. The aspect ratio is completely wrong on that film.

Next time do a little fast forward to cover changing it via the tv. It won't notice on youtube resolution.

the NBOX is so so. Not that's great. For Movies: pauses between VOB files, annoying, so you can not watch the movie continuously, cannot recognize DVD menu, chapters - when you press next, it plays the next file, not next chapter. For Music: No shuffle, random files play as some web sites claim. don't recognize any type of play list. Now I just use it as my mp3 player in my shop - I have mix the albums manually :-(

For weeks I have been trying to figure out why my Nbox is only playing 3 of the 4 movies I have on my new Sony Vaio 32 GB memory stick. As it turns out the first two movies played flawlessly but being that the third movie was slightly corrupted, anything else I added to the memory stick after that corrupted movie, simply would not play.

SOLUTION: Format the memory stick, reload the new movie and "VOILA", problem solved. Now anything I add to the memory stick, now plays.

the resolution of this stuff is 720 x 576 pixels and NOT 1280x720 pixels. ie it have DVD quality but not HD quality much less than a blue ray 1080p.

The subtitles are White and skinny, and i can not read them if the

image in the movie is White or clear. Also the subtitle lines and words dont show complete.

Maybe you should consider that in the next Firmware.

use aviaddxsub (is free) to change the size and colors of the fonts.

It only takes less than a minute per video.

That is what I do, and that solved my problem.

Just got one, really like it except the following. 1. If you put vob dvd files on a hard drive, it has a delay between each file, so your movie has a brief 1 to 2 second black screen between each file. 2. Mp4 video files seem to be difficult for it.

3. Multi-File Divx files do not get sorted into proper order, hut dvd VOB files are in order. weird.

4. Great for the price, but has flaws.

I don't think you can at this stage. Not sure really but as far as I know the manufacturer will basically update any issues and codecs and stuff for the next model rather than making upgrades to this.

Apparently it's either not supported or the file could be too big. It does have some limitations but you should try converting the file to a smaller size or format.

Hmm well we don't sell it any more. We just do the one thing per day. I'm pretty sure a 1TB drive will work effectively with this. I could be wrong though. Yep you can also adjust the aspect ratio through the set up options.
