I don't know about this song at all. But according to the label, the japanese title is "Akarui kane no oto (Cheerful sounds of bells)" , words by Kato Shougo , music by Yamamoto Masayuki and performed by Yamamoto Masayuki (conduktor?) ,King children chorus and King orchestra.
This king record is not the Cincinnati's company but Japanese older and bigger record company.
Some of the performer's names are written in old style of kanji before 1946.
It's a children's song titled, "That Clear Ringing of the Bell", and it's sung by Masayuki Yamamoto. Since The King record was only active from 1946 to 1951, I guess this was recorded during that era.
Interesting

The label reminds me of German Telefunken. Is the Japanese label King Record in any way connected to Telefunken?

It seems like you understand Japanese language.
Can you give med the title of "That Clear Ringing of the Bell" in the Japanese language? I want to search for it on Amazon - Japan.
Do you also know title of the second song? - The upload contains both A- and B-site.
