Just to help anyone out, the correct order is: Episode 1= Why Britain?, E2= White Plague, E3= The Mission, E4= Heavens Breed, E5= Maxim Force, E6 Empire for Sale
Again, people who denounce the missionaries of the 19thC tend to forget that they were the only mitigating force in a brutal era. There were 2 schools of thought at the time, one held that the 'heathen' peoples were irredeemable savages to be exploited or if necessaey wiped out. The only opponents of this idea were, unfortunately, the assimilationists who held that the 'savage', if converted, could be made into a fully civilized person. There was no third opinion at the time.
