Dude you are a sushi God!! I've been studying your techniques and recipes/ingredients. My family and I have actual sushi mania days, and they pitch in most of the ingredients needed, and I make them most of your rolls.They love your volcano and dragon rolls brother...

Can I ask where do you buy your fishes from? I mean, can I just go to some Asian Supermarket and ask them to clean and chop a chunk of Salmon for me? And use this chunk to make sushi at home right off the bat? Is there some way or process you do for your raw fishes ?
Can Jasmine Rice be used ? I'm wondering if anything was added to make the rice so sticky? I am assuming after boiling the rice,you don't wash out all the starch?
