  • First time I saw the Pecker was in Wexford in the '80s. The last time I saw him was in Ennis a few years ago with a car full of kids. Still travelling and still going strong...

  • I liked the old irish post cards, but they really don't fit the brutally honest song which The Pecker wrote and sang here. He took a bit of chance to write this song and naming it "Wexford". Actually one of qualities of The Pecker is that he will tell you exactly what he thinks about - and what he thinks about you. Though even he has mellowed with age.
