One thing I thought was brilliant about this was the music near the end. The violence and dark theme was made even more apparent when put to what is meant to be a soothing peaceful song, and the shock definitely hits you harder.

i dont really get it - like, why would the dad be so abusive to the baby if the parents oviously planned for it. at the beginning they were all 'what a good boy, we love you, youre safe here, bla bla bla...' and at night they just told it to shut up and didn't feed it. babies get hungry - what do they expect?? weird parents :/
