I remember that Ludicolo. The champion from Emerald uses a Ludicolo exactly like this. It was annoying with the Leech Seed/Protect combo, so I "starved" its moves so that at the end it just struggled.

Still, a pretty good Pokemon for a game changer. It could have been more annoying with Leech Seed, Protect, and Rain Dance (w/ Rain Dish ability), but that's just my opinion.

I like the idea, but be wary about its lack of killing power. I remember that I had a similar sort of moveset on mine, and I found it fairly difficult to kill quite a few pokemon. Unless the idea is to switch Hitmonchan in when your opponent's on low HP.

zen headbutt wouldnt be better on metagross since its an physical type. unless it was sp attk trained which wouldnt be as high if it was adamant trained or any nature that brings up attk.

No, he tried to use Protect two times in a row, which only has 1/8 of a chance of working (I think), and it failed, so the Porygon-Z used Facade and killed it.

It's too bad the kid's no big deal. I mean, mix sweeping a Porygon-Z (horrible base physical attack to go with Toxic Orb), and Psychic on Metagross. Light Screen and Encore were ok on Machamp nevertheless.

Man, out of all the pokemon your opponent had, he couldn't go with Arbok or Dugtrio. That's kinda depressing.

And Light Screen on a Machamp.  Wow. This certainly would've been an enjoyable fight for me. How come I get all the OU abusers?! GRR!

I think it may have something to do with the timezone differences. I run into quite a lot of Japanese players when I play during the day, and they often offer a something a little different.

I tried playing at night, since that's when all the unique players supposedly come out, and I got a japanese players with two Garchomps, a Salamence and a Dragonite.

And most don't seem to stray too far from that pattern as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah, I'm not saying Japanese players all offer something a bit different, but they seem to be more likely to than Europeans, Americans etc.

Jynx with Flamethrower? You saw that on random Wi-Fi? That was clearly a hacked move. I wonder how it got online. All you need to do to put Encore and Light Screen on Machamp is breed it with a Mr. Mime that has it.
