I think she was just explaining some common sense to these people. Of course a business isn't going to say they are too busy to serve you right away. They are going to keep you waiting as long as they can until they are ready to serve you and get paid.

She probably gave the limousine service her name, and once they got the name, they probably knew she could drive her own ass with to wherever she needed to get to with like 10 or 11 different cars.
