@dudefromtherock It wasn't all peaches and cream. I was born in 1978 (hence the youtube tag), and grew up during the 80s. You had He-Man, Arnold Schwarzenegger, G.I. Joe, Reagan: there was a certain way a young boy should behave, and if he didn't fit the mold, he was ostracized. It was a very aggressive period; we were entering the first decade after Vietnam, and assholes wanted to keep being assholes. I guess that's part of how the 90's came to be.

I owned the laserdisc and vhs tape of "were all devo" yet I never knew this video existed until I saw it on the dvd. I had thought that the electronic sounding drums were appropriate for this album as well as new traditionalists, Love the "Rackem Break" sounds, Felt like a quick, intense 3 minute game of pool. This era of devo was a big part of my life in the 80's.
