Kanes was like a stealth bomber. It was a great shot but not a classic. As a wings fan the mccarty goal was amazing. All he did was fight but as it turns out he had pretty soft hands as well. But clearly that doesn't even come close to Orr. Much respect to the legend.

Bobby Orr, in my opinion, was the greatest hockey player the world has seen.

I know because I've seen all the great players of the past 50 years. Orr was a juggernaut, a force of nature that could not be stopped. Eventually he would overwhelm and kill you. I saw it so many times. I watched this game, and I could sense in those final minutes that the Blues were doomed .. they would die at the hands of Bobby Orr

He isn't tripped and he did NOT score the goal as he flew through the air. He scores and jumps. I'm glad someone else understands this. Even on youtube there is a clearer close up view. He jumps after scoring.
