Ther is such an economic system! It's called Socialist Republicanism. be for you start the game go to "options">"extras" and type in HARDHITTER when you start the game pause it and go to options>cheats tun on the super hammer and hit accept you should have a gold super hammer.

Hmm... I just realized why it's called Guerrilla. Guerrilla tactics used to cripple and destroy an enemys weak points till they give up, or are annihilated. As used in example in this game as in WW1&2, Korea, Vietnam, Revolution, and Civil War.
