You've got a nice and powerful voice and did a nice job playing and singing at the same time. However there's room for improvement and you probably know it by now. It's your version of this song so you get to do it as you wish, but it'd certainly sound better if you layed off the vibratto cause it ain't necessary at times. Listen to Amy's a cappella version and you'll see. Other than that, very good job, not many people have a voice like yours.
