i remember seeing this in the cinemas,truly wicked,my fave characters are the two carnotaurus,what an amazing animal it is,this beast has always fascinated me,carnotaurus means ''meat eating bull'' due to its dipped snout,and large prominent horns,the movie scales it up to proportions of the tyrannosaurus though,which is why they were soooo menacing.

Carnotaurus wernt that big. They were only 3m tall. and they belong to a group of carnivores called abelisaurids and for some reason they are only found in the southern hemisphere.

You're right. Carnotaurus's size was exaggerated extremely in the movie, more around the size of an average Carcharodontosaur rather than its real size. And, to tell you the truth, Carnotaurus wasn't that bulky, either, but it's really only for dramatic effect. And, Carnotaurus lived in Patagonia, in South America. This movie is set in North America, though one character in this movie claims "They've never come this far north before".

Yeah it is a shame that it wasn't more recognised, because it's certainly one of Disney's best "recent" releases. But I dunno, I think a sequel would've been unwise, I mean, look at how they slaughtered Brother Bear with that awful sequel

i no all he is a giant lizard but he has no features like horns of a carnotaurs i wish they put more famous carnivores instead of rex like allosaurus or megaraptor or yanchuanosaurus and giantosaurus
