The account was made in 2002 and when it was 2002 there was game called Runescape classic and in Runescape classic you had 10hp with and level 10 skill had 1000xp and in 2006 there was game called Runescape 2.0 and you had same account in there that you made in classic. So the 1000hitpoints exp in Runescape 2.0 in 2006 was level 9. The xp rates changed when rs 2.0 came in.

lol, guys listen...in RSC the experience for level 10 hitpoints was 1,000 experience, but then there was a switch to RS2 and the experience for 10 hitpoints was raised to 1,154 experience, and the RSC accs that had 10 hp, who switched to RS2 ended up with 9 hp..
