@AllofVideos u have to start blowin up or shooting the helicopters that really pisses of the cops trust me i have the one man army achievement once u get three stars start shooting cops u should get at least four stars if u kill enough and try to get to high ground and shoot the helicopters u should get five stars by then like i said i have the one man army achivement and plus i do it all the time im a bit of an expert at gta so if u have any questions let me know i can help
