hi there im new to reason... used fl studio before but dont like the way of usage ... so i got one question: how can u make reason 5 full screen ? or seperated like urs? srsly i tried everything :D
@dnbFiZiO open reason and the part that is on the right of his screen thats at the bottom of yours on the right side of it there is 3 buttons a box with a black line on top (maximize sequencer) 2 boxes and an arrow (detach sequencer) and soom in and out just click the detach sequencer one and then drag it where you want :)
For anyone thinking that the annotation which sais "want reason 5 free" is a fake and requires survey...it's legit. If you want Reason 5 free, just click there, it's not fake.
@Burton910h you get a piano from clicking "edit mode" on that particular pattern lane you want to edit. or just make a section like he does in the tutorial and double click the sections from the overveiw. all machines gives you a piano editor but the Redrum gives you more like a drummer piano, Rex gives you a "clip editor". but the are quite alike all of them :)
Hey thanks man, I only just got reason five using your tutorial btw ;D and obviously as all beginners, I have no clue what any button does and this is a good tutorial it really helps so thanks again :) oh and btw in future tutorials i think you shouls speak a little louder as i had my volume to the max and could still hardly hear you, so its either you or my laptops a peice of brokedown shit :(
im realizing that dubstep isn't something that you can just pick up and teach yourself. like guitar, or piano. it's technology before it's creative spontaneity. bummin me out. <<<<<<< Course u can teach it yourself. How did the person that made dubstep do it??? Just got to know what your doing. The knowledge will come over time.
Definitely helped me.. I just got reason 5 but all the tuts teach how to get the sounds not creating the wobble on the timeline.. Im a noob so this was fuckin useful.. Thx bro
NOT!... Give up, u cant make wobble bass,, u shoulda chucked some scream 4 distortion in there.. u dont to make sure u do anything u said apart from sourcing LFO1 and routing the frequancy ,, my advice for any one reading this comment... check out "boy in a band's" tutorials ... HEAVYYY!

Who cares if it sounds bad. These are the most basic tips for making a dubstep sound. If it doesn't get you on the road towards making your own a decent dubstep sound then you most really have no clue how to use thor. Thank You uploader for sharing this!

Some people need to give this guy a break it doesnt matter if its good aslong as 1 person learnt something from this video then its a success, u should use the shortcuts on the keyboard for mapping this saves time and effort. thanks
This is one of the shittest dubstep synths I've heard. I'm not doubting your abilities but I'd be surprised if anyone's gonna be happy with the end result of this tutorial
@Rochey1100 Yeah Well Producing Dubstep Takes Talent And You Carn't Teach Talent. So I Though I Help Give People The Basic Layout For Them To Then Make The Bass Sound They Want,
Happens to me too sometimes. You probably figured this out already but anyways. Go to; Edit> Preferences> Select Audio 'under page'> ASIO Creative works on my computer and 384 samples for no bad delay with my sound card. Think you use ASIO even with no sound card. Just experiment till you find best setting with no delay. (Higher samples will sound better but create more delay)
Cheers for this tutorial. Learning reason from scratch and this really looks like it will help. Sounds a lot like a coki/chef wobble, and those wobbles are doin a lot!!!
@D0MDABOMB wish reason was a little easier, just wanna make a short dubstep but none of the tutorials actually make a light in this dark tunnel 'o mine
@wateverrrrrrrrrrrrrr I've just moved from FL to Reason, and stay with FL till you cant get any better and you understand synths and all, then move because reason is so fucking confusing.
thanks man, made a nice beat with ur help. safe
