i had loved the john prine version for years and hadn't heard the plant/krauss version until i saw that jc penny commercial it's on. i thought "omg! what have they done to this song?" lol but i like yours alot better than the plant/krauss version. you guys are wonderful.

This song I've listened to the new album of Robert Plant (with Alison Krauss) - by the way, it's super! - and this song is one of my favourite.

This is very very nice. Similar to Krauss/Plant version of the song. This interpretation I think is fitting for such a startling song. Timeless melody and subtly profound lyrics, meaning nothing and everything all at once. You version gives it the respect and skillful rendering the song deserves.
