The comments on here are hilarious. This band is amazing, regardless of who they sound like. If they were a perfect carbon copy of someone else the performances would be flat and lifeless, but like true musicians they interject themselves in the music and it comes to life. If you've seen Billy Joel within the last 5 years or so, the man is going through the motions, he's tired and bored with his own songs, this band is more Joel than Joel. Yea, I heard the story on this clip. Joel was listening to them play live over a CELL PHONE. You ever try that?

I can't blame them for using that in their promo, its a hell of an endorsement to capitalize on. But it still doesn't take away from the fact that he doesn't sound like Billy Joel. Looking like uncle Fester is a whole other discussion.

@HammernHeads : I honestly have no idea what you're listening to. I have been a songwriter/producer for a long, long time, and have worked with hundreds of vocalists. Needless to say, I have quite an ear, and this guy sounds eerily like the man himself! Heck, Billy even said so! I suggest closing your eyes when you listen...Maybe his look is throwing you off...

@pianyst701 I totally agree with you except for some of Billy's more upbeat songs, like Big Shot. Its a close match, but you can obviously tell its not him. But fair is fair, he sounds almost exactly like him.
