If you don't flick the club with your wrist, but merely throw it with the same spin as your arm has as it pivots around your elbow, then throw height and number of spins becomes connected. Then you only have to learn the correct height to throw a single, a double, or a triple. Although in time you will learn to see the handle coming around from behind and learn how to catch it.

Oh, psh. You're implying that I'm a "good juggler". Your latest video got more views than mine did. The comments that people write about my videos on youtube are like my life now. Besides, I love the music for all of my videos. It takes me longer to pick out the music than to edit everything. I'm so glad you asked. It's Flathead by The Fratellis. I've discovered it quite recently and I love it. I can't stop listening to it.

I haven't practiced consistenly since the end of my sophomore year, which was the summer of 2005. I am practicing almost every day now. I skip a day here and there. Just like I do with running.
