Its really just about being good at the freeze, and to freeze it does require a bit of strength but not to much, its really an average strength you need to do the freeze
But yeah, preety much its not about strength its about the technique

@Slanghomy It's all about what you perfer, I like wooden floors for spinning and smoothness but I like matts for the softness so if I crash I won't hurt myself and the matts I use don't hold much only a bit.. I don't use them for headspins but for everything else their perfect!

@Tlad1997 you have to get a higher leg air. raise your legs a little higher and then when you kick descend your leg then raise your leg then collapse. you shouldnt hit your side any more. with the back always remember to roll on your shoulder.

@momoxtz just be sure to get higher on your back and your legs wont hit! also try a prep by being on your head and swinging your arms through to go to your back, that'll help you get over the fear!
