  • My hands keep my body up but my feet fall down all the time. Did you really just need 4 months to do this? And did you also train your muscles with different exercises like chin-ups or something?

    Arms

    Its really just about being good at the freeze, and to freeze it does require a bit of strength but not to much, its really an average strength you need to do the freeze

    But yeah, preety much its not about strength its about the technique

  • @loler5566 its all in the legs, if u stab with ur right u shud focus flexing ur left leg and whip it decently high so that u can spin on ur shoulder

  • There are also different ways of starting it. Standing,Headstand,Etc.

  • when u reach the collaps move and u finish it then ur on the back in that position are u on the back or on a side of ur shoulder

  • @purpnyello get higher on your back and it'll gix the problem! push to your upper back from the hand glide to the collapse.

    When im in my back with my face facing up, I keep my legs up, But when I restab you obviously cant restab with your back, so whenever I restab my legs hit ground pls help

  • Dude this was a great tutorial helped me a lot but I'm jw what should I breakdance on? I've seen people with wooden platforms but you have this thing; does the matt you are using have low friction?

  • @Slanghomy It's all about what you perfer, I like wooden floors for spinning and smoothness but I like matts for the softness so if I crash I won't hurt myself and the matts I use don't hold much only a bit.. I don't use them for headspins but for everything else their perfect!

    I preety much have the basic windmill already, but my problem is that whenever I windmill I move like a long distance to the right, and every windmill I keep moving to the right, but not a short distance, like 15cm or something like that.

    Can you please give some tips in how to windmill in the same spot or almost in the same spot?

  • @Tlad1997 you have to get a higher leg air. raise your legs a little higher and then when you kick descend your leg then raise your leg then collapse. you shouldnt hit your side any more. with the back always remember to roll on your shoulder.

  • @bboysyfy1 if you have one windmill you can do multiplies, all you have to do is practice. its about muscle memory.

  • @RiDspi the best practice for that would be to lay on your back butt up and practice keeping your legs straigth and up.

  • @momoxtz just be sure to get higher on your back and your legs wont hit! also try a prep by being on your head and swinging your arms through to go to your back, that'll help you get over the fear!

  • @RedWalkify we have another foam thing under it so it holds in place you can also use carpet.

  • i think those are halos, with windmills you stay more on your shoulders, not sure though

  • @ibakedthecake halos are where you push off in a elevated chair freeze and spin/rotate around your head. their similar but halos are much harder, their like a windmill and headspin put together?
