Oh, I understand hope you'll get lots of snow...here in Romania this winter we were overwhelmed by so much snow...it's melting quick now and birds are invading again...it's great! !

We ended up getting around 10 inches about 2 weeks ago. I'm sure we'll see more before the season is over. :-)

There are birds that stay around here during winter... the robins will return when Spring arrives.

Great documentation of their feeding behavior. I see chickadees do that all the time. It's logical that titmice would do the same since they are related.

i love tufted titmice. a titmouse was the first bird ever to feed off of my hand when i was trying to hand tame birds.
