I watched this movie years ago, really good but I didn't notice that Daniel Johnston and Lou Barlow songs appear on the movie soundtrack. I know Daniel Johnston because Kurt Cobain, he had a "hi how are you t-shirt". And John Davis from Dinosaur Jr. great band, one of Cobain's favorites too :P.

I love how it starts with with first song, then moves onto the hectic urgency of the second song, then it all comes crashing down at the end (like everything did in the movie) as it reverts back to 'Spoiled' with that one last shot of the kids just walking.
