Meh. I use Opera for being fast, light-weight and containing tons of utility. All the other browser are good as well, but it's just a matter of what fits your needs. Chrome may be fast, but lacks a lot of utility like Firefox, Safari and Opera has. IE and Firefox are very stable and each and every one works best in their home environment. There's no need to quabble over who renders a page 0.3 seconds faster.

This is lame. You are benchmarking browsers on both computers which obviously are different (performance-wise). If you want good results, use the same exact computer for the different benchmarks. Hardware is a big impact on the performance of your internet connection and browser.

On My 2.4ghz Macbook Pro, Camino 1.5.1 is much faster than Safari 3 (which is, admittedly still in beta) which claims to be "the fastest browser in the world".

On My wintel machine i use IE7 and firefox 2. and just like this guy says firefox 2 feels faster but when i ran some rendering and css tests just after watching this video ie7 got slightly faster times in every test. which is strange as ff2 uses the same rendering engine as camino?? gecko.

On PC Opera is my choice easily. On Mac I'm a Camino fan through and through. Both for the history it has and the fact it renders the web how it's suppose to. I still use webkit for certain things but camino for my heavy browsing.

The pace of this video seams very slow. Try being more energetic and "into" what you're saying, dead air really slows things down so some appropriate background music would solve that. When presenting the results use easily readable graphs or at the very least a table. This would make the results more meaningful.

safari can't handle large amounts of bookmarks. i have hundreds of radio stations stored and it takes ages 2 get the menu up. plus there's a LOT of beachballing. i've switched 2 firefox, which has worked better, the only problem there is that it don't support realplayer for .pls playback. realplayer has better sound quality than iTunes, with iTunes you need to use eq and change preferences 2 get a decent sound
