I don't think they are going to write JL's pregnancy into the storyline. She's not due til June so there is time for things to happen before she goes on maternity leave. GL can go a variety of different ways with that. I'd rather see something like Otalia are together and go on vacation (Italy perhaps) and Olivia needs to return to deal with a hotel issue/camp for Emma and Natalia stays to visit with family who might not be so accepting of their relationship or something of that nature.

I just want this obvious romance between the two to actually happen. Even though Natalia appears to be dumb-witted, I think, like most straight women who have been in a platonic friendship but then suddenly feel different about the other person, that Natalia is pretending that she doesn't feel anything, for fear of ruining the friendship. It's clear that Olivia on the other hand has indeed fallen for Nat but is unsure how to proceed!!! She'll figure out how to move forward.....I hope!!!!

If the actress who plays Natalia is pregrant in real life, then I'm sure the writes of GL will have to make her sleep with someone-probably Frank-so that the character also becomes pregrant, to co-relate it with the actress's real pregnancy. She'll probably sleep with Frank to reassure herself that she's not breaking God's "natural law" (seeing as she's religious) but truly loves Olivia.

I wasn't basing my assumptions on anything I've read. I was simply analyzing what I've gotten from current episodes. They are my own thoughts, not fact. So please no one misconstue them as such.

I would like to add, that Jessica's pregnancy will have an impact. How big of an impact has yet to be determined. Crystal returned to the show a week and a half after giving birth to her son but Jessica may require more time. So whether we like it or not they may have to fill in the gaps.

I'm not saying I want Liv to marry this woman, but it might be interesting to see Nat be the crush monkey for a change. Just an idea. If they keep playing this out like they are and it turns out they are just good friends that love each other like friends do, but are homophobic...Then how will that look to people watching the show? I almost think they have to go "there" with what I've seen, because they are risking alienating viewers. Nat is the only person Im not so sure about. Her religious background is one of the few things I can think of that may prevent her from admitting how she feels. They could be denying things, because they don't want to admit how they feel or they can be denying, because they don't like that perception placed on them for the fact it bothers them. Now, Olivia is a woman of the world and is good at being cool.  Natalia is not so smooth. Still, there have been moments when it has bothered Olivia too. There is plenty here to think they could be both homophobic, if it isn't about them being nervous about being in love. Homophobia doesn't make them bad.

If you notice the very first part of 1/19's episode, you'll notice that despite Olivia being worldly she was a bit rattled at the idea of everyone in Springfield thinking she was gay. It was only in the aftermath of the kiss, that you see her change her tune. It's like she kissed Nat and the realization hit her like a ten-ton brick. Does that mean she's bisexual or even a lesbian, maybe or maybe not. She could just feel an intense connection

Oh, I still think it bothers Olivia She just isn't as upset by it. She just needed a second to absorb it. She got drunk and she calmed down. She's in a position now of trying to be strong for Natalia, who can't get past what others think. Still bothers her though.

If the town and Olivia and Natalia are homophobic, then maybe there can be a lesson learned here along the way that they shouldn't be. If it is romantic, they could find love in the midst of their own prejudice.

Where are you getting the idea that the entire town of Springfield is homophobic? True there are some characters that are eh on the fence about it, but not everyone. Trust me, if that were the case, more people besides Allan would be beating this notion down.

When I say homophobic, that means any nijerk reaction. Buzz was cool about it as expected. Frank needs to be cool about it with Nat in his sights. Alan isn't the only one to act weird. The teacher put on a smiley face to the issue, to an extreme. And I know it will get worse from what I know.

On the other hand, Olivia is so transparent, she might as well have written "I'm in love with Natalia" across her forehead...lol

Going off of Syrfsup67's comment, even if Olivia and Emma were to move out of the farm house that's not to say Otalia's possible romance is over. It just gives the writers an excuse to draw the denial out even more. Remember this is a soap we are talking about. Messing with our heads is a daily requirement, it's a given!

Right now, I'm 99.9% sure that Olivia has more then friendly feelings for Natalia. Her commentary on Wednesday about the kiss all but confirmed it for me.

Right now Natalia is the only person I'm confused about. We know that she is not that interested in pursuing a relationship with Frank. However, after the presentation she's consumed with what people think about her and Olivia's living arrangements, so she's pushing herself. She also appears to be feeding off of Olivia's denial. Personally, I was not very convinced when she told Liv their kiss didn't count. Jeez Nat, for something that didn't count you are sure getting extremely huffy over it.

I won't lie, I think these next few weeks, possibly months are going to be brutal for Otalia lovers. The fabulous Grant Alexander (Phillip) will be returning to GL and I have no dobt they will center many future episodes around him.

Dare I say that I'd like them to bring in someone for Crystal to sexy off of. Right now Natalia is just not ready to admit anything and the actress is due to give birth in June, so anything can happen.
