I try to have them incorporate submissions and false finishes as much as possible. Remember wrestling is about beating the other guy into a finish or submission. Not always power moves.

Take with grain of salt -

1. I got confused on what part of the leg was suppose to be getting worked on in the beginning, 'cause the hold was to high up his leg, or he didn't lean back far enough, so it looked like it should be putting pressure on the ankle and not the knee.

2. 1:46 shows why eye contact is important... Can't sell a move if you don't see whats going on

3. 2:00 the fancy moves with the whip killed the energy of the move. he should have just clothesline him from the get go.
