I lost Joe last April, we only had 16 months together, he was 9 when I got him and he had Kidney problems, and after 2 weeks of just having Bay, on her own, we had to find another dog! And along came Whirly, the craziest paws ever! Total nutter, but so affectionate. I hope you can relace the grief with love soon and adopt again.
I'm so sorry for your loss of Sadie. The pain of loss is as great as with a family member because that is what she was - and aren't you lucky to have had her. I truely believe you will be with her again. We have a 9 year old black girl like her and she is so special...Again, so sorry for your loss. You learn to live with the loss, but the memoery of laughter and tears of loss will be close....Bless you for the work you do...............
