I think this model is a Sanwalton as it is double-mounted.
Crane did produce the Walton (a model discontinued by 1990), but that was a wall-hung toilet similar to that of their own Placidus, American Standard's Afwall, Eljer's Auburn and Kohler's Kingston.
They have those Zurn Flushometers at my school!

Impossible. This toilet is completely wallmount, so it can't possibly be a Sanwalton.
