  • could have done better if he shifted to 3rd and 4th better ...still awesome

  • They won't tell you but they run about 6-8k for a kit.

  • without emailing u guys can u give me a general figure of wat i cost?

  • Is the AJP kit CARB legal ?

  • @itszALDWiN We don't know. We have not submitted this for CARB testing.

  • @ajperformancecom You should. Hopefully it passes so us Cali people can rock this turbo kit. :D

  • @itszALDWiN Not with that loud annoying open wastegate is the kit carb legal.

  • Hey dude I live in Hawaii. Can you show me how to get this turbo kit?

  • @angrut Please fill out our form:

    ajperformance. com/honda-civic-si/#Contact_Form

so that we can send you all the details.

  • @ajperformancecom hey man if i live up in PA and wanna get one for my 07 si, where should i get it installed?

  • @gdubz2013 go to evans tuning. they are very reputable.

  • Damn that's awsome!! Hehe yeah, only seen this video now. Man!! I never thought about boosting my car up until now! I'm currently searching for a turbo kit and I am definetly getting the ajp. Heard alot of great reviews on this turbo kit. But it seems I can't Order it online??

  • @angrut You can get all of the details on our website but we like to speak to you to seal the deal.

  • 11.9 secs!! Your joking right?

  • @angrut You must be joking; you're seeing this now a month after we blew this time away with a 10.97 sec quarter-mile?

  • 11.9 secs......!!! Your joking right?

  • @angrut You must be joking - this happened three years ago and you've never heard about this? Check out ajperformance. com/about/ to see the time slip.

  • wat turbo is this one using?

  • oh nevermind im retarded

  • lol i had to laff at dat im sorry

  • id expect it lol

  • all jap performance turbo kit... its the shop car

  • 20PSI on stock internals? really?

  • At that time, yes, but that was an unsafe level. Our motor is now fully built.

For our customers with stock motors, we take them up to 11 psi and no more.

  • nice nice, once i get my 07' Si count me in on getting your newer 0606 or something like that turbo, I saw a video of that SI with 420whp and at only 9.75 psi or something that was amazing.

  • That's the Precision 6262S turbo with the billet wheel. Big, easy power with no lag.

Hondata's FlashPro is shipping next week and we will use that for tuning.

  • piece to gether a turbo kit yourself. spend the extra cash on a awesome tune... you can build your own kit for under 2 grand, and spend the rest on the tune. no sense on paying all that cash for labor...

  • if only I had any knowledge in that, I don't know 1st step into doing that, if I were to do it, it'll take years.

  • do some searches...and use someone elses car for a bit. shouldnt take no more than a month to learn exactly what you need. buy the stuff, and put it on yourself. then take it to get tuned....

  • man if you guys had some payment plan to put one of these sex turbos in my car Id own my town!!

    I got a 07 Si with 51000 miles..is it too late?

  • We've looked into financing plans and regrettably, they are too expensive for us to implement.

It's not too late to install our kit. You should replace your pressure plate as well as get a Competition Stage 4 clutch disk. That's all you need.

  • OK, the kit that you have with 420 Hp, i have to change something in the transmission? what clutche do you recomend for this kit? I will run ok with the stock engine? Thank's

  • You do not have to change the transmission at all.

We recommend that you install the Competition Stage 4 Clutch disk only.

    Stock engine is fine.

We do this installation over and over with this kind of configuration.

  • Very nice car!!! The transmission is original? Thanks'

  • Thanks. At the time this video was shot, the transmission was original.

  • Shes bitchin man

  • The funny part was that we were not expecting it to do so well. We still had the spare tire and tire jack in the trunk. The slicks were old and worn. We need to get updated video.

  • rofl at the guy making negative comments about this video. I dont see how you can bash anything about this video. I like poeple like him becuase they make me laugh. :)

  • He gets his jollies by being negative no matter how irrational he gets. Thus, if you do a Google search on his username and restrict the domain to youtube (dot) com, you'll how often he gets ridiculed, which is very often.

Hiding behind a computer keyboard, his stupidity knew no bounds.

  • haters on every video man....

  • He is the hater of haters. If you do a Google search on his name, restricting it to youtube . com, you'll see how he left negativity at every video he visited, and as you can tell from his video count, he watches a lot of videos every day.

He is what we call a non-productive, non-contributing member of society.

  • Awesome Stuff... videos like this unlock so much more visions of potential the k20z3 engine could have. This kits on my Si wish list hahaha....

  • More videos to come.

Our production kit is now in its third year of sales making big power.

  • where is your shop at canada

  • Our only shop is in Fort Lauderdale. A great place to visit right now if you're in Canada.

  • why would i post links its common knowledge that honds blow u all the time.....i always see them at checker auto parts fixing that jap crap.......i just think its sad that you think this is fast when my trans am has been doing these speeds for years.........and its all natural

  • If it's common knowledge, then it can't be hard at all to post a link.

However, FagSlayer69, oops, I mean LodRaven69, if you're just making this stuff up, then you're not going to post a link because you don't have a link to post.

And the knowledge is common only to you.

Bottom line is: if it's common knowledge, it's easy to post.

  • Where's the video of your Trans Am doing these speeds?

No vids, no car. End of story.

  • We always see Trans Ams doing the same thing at Checker Auto Parts fixing their American crap.

  • Sorry your trans am is outdated. The world is now moving towards efficiency and not just power, something ur american peice of crap wouldnt know about. Lets think about how much hp per litre japanese cars make compared to american muscle.

  • The said owner of the "Trans Am" has yet to produce evidence of it. He has a track record of claiming that he has a car but when asked for videos of it, is unable to produce any.

So until he shows a video of it, I wouldn't bother responding to his statements; rather, just concentrate on the fact that he doesn't even have the car he claims to own.

  • what is the turn around time if you guys do the install on the 300-375 hp kit.

  • 3 days, sometimes 4.

  • Hey, did you hear they are going to kill off Pontiac?

  • didnt think a scion could go that fast

  • You learned two things:

    1. It's a Honda Civic Si like the title says

    2. That it could go that fast.

  • oh shit read the wrong title.....now i know something must be wrong because a honda would explode at those speeds........sorry though you drove a nice car like a scion.....hahahahaha

  • Now you learned more things (your lucky day):

    1. A Honda doesn't explode at those speeds

    2. Who needs a Scion when a Honda like this will whip it any day?

Now you just have to learn how to read.

And if you know something is wrong, please link to a video that shows a Honda that explodes at those speeds.

  • go to dictionary . com. type in 'statistic'. Read the definition.

Seriously, can you be this retarded? Or are you just messing around to piss me off?

Oh right I forgot. This is coming from the 'magic turbos' guy. Since 376 whp is a statistic, and you have no understanding of what statistics are, it makes sense that you were wrong.

Who knows? Maybe you weren't even lying.

Maybe you were just too goddamn stupid to know what you were talking about.

In any case, you're wrong, and we're done.

  • Go to merriam-webster . com and do the same. Seriously, can you be this retarded?

It's convenient to put words in other people's mouths, huh? Magic is your term, not ours.

Our turbo is listed on our website and lots of other people buy it.

And yes, I have no idea what your definition of statistics means.

And since you're solipsistic, everybody else must be wrong because there is no way anyone can follow your convoluted irrationality.

  • ooooh 'solipsistic'!

Looks like someone benefited from his little trip to merriam-webster. I typed it in:

a single term or datum in a collection of statistics

    where statistics was defined as:

    a collection of quantitative data.

So yes, not only are you too stupid to understand what 'statistic' means, you are also too stupid to read the definition of it.

All this doesn't matter, of course. You just wanted to push my comment off the front page so people wouldn't know the truth.

  • Hey, that's a nice start to using solipsistic in a sentence. Keep working on it and you might be able to use it in a 3-word sentence.

  • Let's see who the stupid one is:

    "Statistics I posted earlier"

"numbers I posted previously, which is an alternate definition for statistics"

1 : a branch of mathematics dealing with the collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of masses of numerical data

    2 : a collection of quantitative data

Maybe that's just me, but I used the word "statistics" as was originally posted when I searched Merriam-Webster.

Looks like someone forgot what he started with. Stupidity defined.

  • Like kernels of undigested corn, you do have little kernels of fact every once in a while.

This academic exercise doesn't matter to the many customers who buy our kits and beat Evo's, STI's and SRT-4's, among a host of other cars. Cars they could only dream of beating before they got the kit.

It doesn't matter to Honda of America Racing Team, who set a course record at VIR by 7 seconds.

And it certainly doesn't matter to us, who get all of the happy customer feedback.

  • Please, please, please do your best to prove we are lying, are fraudulent and make false claims.

Please make it your personal mission to discredit us.

Please make it your crusade in life to show that our kit has fooled everyone.

Don't eat, drink or sleep without thinking of some way to prove that our kit is one big lie.

  • Pretty sure I've already done that.

  • As long as we sell kits, your work is never done.

And we're selling kits and our customers continue to beat other cars.

  • Ha ha ha. If I wanted to push your comment off the page, I would have deleted it.

Wow, are you desperate to score points.

  • hey bro is

lordraven69 posting neg crap about your videos also every video he commented is something stupid about how bad the cars are mean while he has nothing posted of his own

  • LordRaven69 is a multiple account of FagSlayer69 and was created 3 days ago. A quick comparison of the writing styles leaves no doubt as to who this lower life form is.

It's a mystery what FagSlayer69, I mean LordRaven69, owns, but it's best to conclude that he owns nothing but a tricycle with training wheels. Everything else he makes up.

The classic symptom of being so troublesome and antagonistic indicates an attention-starved childhood, so now he gets it by offending to no end.

  • I don't know what the fuck you're talking about. Do a 'quick comparison' of my writing style vs. that faggot, and let's see! Why would I want another account? I already made my point pretty solidly. To those new to this debate: Check back several pages to see how I categorically disproved this fuck's claim of 276 whp on 8 psi on a 2 litre engine. Yeah, that kid has a 69 at the end of his name. I can only think that he was somehow inspired by how soundly I disproved your lying ass, and wanted in.

  • * typo: I meant 376 whp. 276 to the wheels is probably possible with a good tune. 376? not a fucking chance. Read the previous comments for why.

  • We continue to demonstrate #3 and #4 with dyno runs. Not just our dyno, but dynos across the United States.

Your ridiculous claim would "invalidate" not just one dyno but many dynos operated by many shops across America.

    Not a chance.

A read of your previous comments shows a total lack of #3 (demonstration by action) and #4 (subject to a test, experiment, comparison, analysis) on your part.

    Your position = epic fail

  • This is an insane argument. In order for something to match a definition of a word, it only has to fulfill *one* od the definitions - not all of them! You have a crazy, literally retarded understanding of what a definition is. Even though I do match #1 (presenting an argument) and #4 (via Mathematical analysis) so even by your stupid ass logic I'm right.

Also, naming a bunch of liars such as Bill Clinton and then saying "LOOK FAGSLAYER IS A LIAR TOO!!" Is another dipshit argument.

  • Where did I say that you have to meet all of the criteria in order to meet the definition?

    Please quote me.

  • You match #4?

What test, experiment, comparison, analysis or the like did you do?

  • I don't detect any logic in your statement.

  • I agree that naming liars and saying you are liar is not a good argument, which is why I didn't make that assertion.

I just affirmed that vigorous denial, punctuated by f-bombs and other strong language in your case, has a good precedent in famous liars.

Just like famous liars, you curse, stamp your feet, use inflammatory language and display strong emotive speech devoid of facts and logic.

  • Do I really have to copy and paste the definition of 'analysis' here too?

No, luckily, I don't have to.

Our debate has hopefully deterred people who are smart enough to see that some idiot on the web with a tenuous grasp of the English language and crazy claims of a magical turbo that can provide over double it's theoretical power output at a given psi probably isn't telling the truth.

  • You don't know the word "analysis" let alone the meaning of it so you couldn't possibly be able to do that.

Those people don't exist that you refer to, because any simple read of your posts will show a crazy lunatic who goes on to *every* video on YouTube and leaves negative comments, makes stuff up about all the cars he supposedly has but has yet to prove that he actually owns just one of them, and gets all kinds of YouTube love on his channel.

  • As you can tell from the 99.99% of the other responses, they see the facts - called "video" - and don't rely on kindergarten math like you do.

Math is theory and video is reality.

Apparently, you're the only person who doesn't live in reality.

  • Actions speak louder than words and in this case, videos speak louder than napkin math.

  • All of the readers will recognize how much stuff you make up when they see how many cars you claim to own:

    "Since I have a 4g63"

    "my d16 civic"

    "my 2g gsx was $5k"

You are the epitome of making stuff up.

  • Yes, I have a 2g GSX, and a d16 civic. Actually, I think it's a d17 (2001 DX), but the differences between the two are negligible.

The 2g GSX has a 4g63 in it. That's the motor eclipses come with, though mine is a stroked 2.3 6 bolt from the first generation, as they are less likely to crankwalk than the later, 7 bolt ones.

  • Those would be your "magical" cars that you theoretically own but have yet to provide any shred of evidence that they actually exist.

When you talk about not telling the truth, start with the person you see in the mirror.

    No videos = no cars.

  • I'm not trying to sell my car to people.

  • You're trying to persuade people you even own one.

So far, nobody believes you own a car, let alone have one to sell.

  • But of course, every single reader will hold you in awe when they read your comment:

"It's true - I am the only person that deserves to live on this goddamn website. Every day I get on youtube, I lose a little more of my faith in humanity."

    That's instant credibility right there.

  • Keep up the good act.

A vigorous denial puts you in line with great liars.

"I'm going to say this again: I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky"

"For the record, have you ever used steroids, human growth hormone or any other performance-enhancing substance?" Couric asked.

    "No," Rodriguez replied.

  • Hey, let's go over to your favorite dictionary . com.

disprove - to prove (an assertion, claim, etc.) to be false or wrong; refute; invalidate: I disproved his claim.

    prove

    1. to establish the truth or genuineness of, as by evidence or argument: to prove one's claim.

    2. Law. to establish the authenticity or validity of (a will); probate.

    3. to give demonstration of by action.

    So, where is your #3?

  • Oh hey, here are some more definitions of prove:

    4. to subject to a test, experiment, comparison, analysis, or the like, to determine quality, amount, acceptability, characteristics, etc.: to prove ore.

    5. to show (oneself) to have the character or ability expected of one, esp. through one's actions.

    6. Mathematics. to verify the correctness or validity of by mathematical demonstration or arithmetical proof.

    Where's your #4?

And #6 is your definition. Waaaay down the list.

  • It looks like you have to stretch all the way down to #6, ignoring #3 and #4 just to prove your point.

That is about as solid as the mush in your brain.

  • And when you lose an argument go back to personal attacks and invectives, just like you started this whole thread.

In any case, we have different definitions of "wrong" since your definition obviously means the inability to grasp your empirically non-verifiable position and I define it as having no basis in reality.

You were done before you got here and now you're overdone.

  • statistics - data that can be represented numerically.

You like to say "science" a lot, don't you? as if saying it enough will make your statements true. It doesn't. If you make a claim, the burden is on YOU to prove it, not me to prove you wrong. Just supply the compressor maps of these magical turbos that are over double the efficiency of GT35Rs or any other modern turbo for that matter, and prove your claims.

  • Great! Now where is your data that is represented numerically?

    I saw an equation.

I saw some computations and percentages.

That is not data. Those are calculations.

  • No, I use the word science to get it through your thick brainless skull that you have to demonstrate your conclusion, not just talk about it.

You made the claim that we're lying.

The burden of proof is on the accuser.

Since you made the accusation, you need to show the proof. So far, you've shown a few theoretical calculations.

If you have to ask for the compressor map, that means that you have jumped to your conclusion before you had all of the proof.

  • 1. I used well-established formulae to support my claim.

    2. You asked me to take into account the flow rate for the turbo.

    3. when asked for the compressor map to do this, you refused to supply the information.

You don't even know what "statistic" means, outside of the actual field of mathematics called statistics. That's pretty sad. It explains why you repeat vague words like 'science' and evidence' over and over to get your point across. You obviously have no understanding of actual science.

  • You're right about that. I follow the dictionary when I use words. Apparently you do not. When you define "statistic" to mean something other than the dictionary, you are making it up.

That's sad too. In fact, that's sadder because you make it up and then criticize people who don't follow your made up definition.

  • We have different definitions of science which is why you conclude I have no understanding of actual science.

My definition of science includes the gathering of empirical data.

I have asked you repeatedly to show your empirical data and you have failed to show one shred of it.

Instead, you continue to fall back on your equations and formulae.

If that's what you think is empirical data, it's no wonder you have your own private definition of science that nobody else has an understanding of.

  • formulae are derived from empirical data. Thousands of trials. They are logical abstractions from physical evidence.

  • Wonderful! Now where is your physical evidence that our kit does not meets its claims?

  • We don't have to supply anything to you. We don't have to prove anything to you.

You keep deflecting your responsibility of getting your own evidence to prove your point.

We supply video, dyno graphs and test rides. People from across the US buy the kit based on that. And they are satisfied.

Other shops have duplicated our results. Those customers are satisfied.

That's all the proof we need to supply.

  • Well then, with the information available, I have to conclude you are lying, which I did several days ago.

Any intelligent turbo enthusiast, upon hearing claims that you can over double the horsepower of an engine at only 8 psi, would come to the same conclusion. When pressed, I provided statistics (or "numbers", if you're a retard) and formulae to support my argument.

In response, you made up random stories about my past.

I think the case is pretty much closed at this point.

  • Hey, we can agree to disagree. You can be obstinate and forget about the videos, the dyno graphs from many shops and the many satisfied customers.

You wave your hand and dismiss them all as gullible customers and gullible shops.

From your very first post, you used pejorative and foul language and you failed to answer many questions put to you.

You make reality fit your equations rather than your equations fit reality.

  • Name one other turbo enthusiast who came to the same conclusion that you have.

  • The case was closed long before you got here. Our kits work as advertised and our customers across the U.S. agree.

We continue to get calls and purchases of our kits.

Not one reputable shop who has installed our kit has called us a fraud.

We started selling these kits in 2006 and if we were a fraud, we would have been out of business.

Why don't you Google "Cybernation" and find out how long they lasted in the Honda Civic Si turbo kit world?

  • That's convenient, isn't it? Make an accusation and not have to back it up with proof? Tell us that that burden of proof is not on you?

Wow, I wish I were that mentally handicapped to make that kind of statement and believe I were correct.

  • Honestly, ajperformance is just being butthurt because his scam was revealed. I'm being 100% honest here - his claims are impossible.

  • You are being 100% delusional. You are being a keyboard jockey who can type anything and everything but have not lifted one finger to test our kit and prove to yourself that it meets our claims.

How can you possibly make a statement about our kit when you have not come within a hundred miles of it?

  • It all comes clear!

A Google search of "FagSlayer69" shows the trail of negative comments you leave on every one's video and several other sites.

Classic symptom of the child from a broken home who is starving for attention, so much so that you get it at the expense of your integrity.

The only way to get attention is to leave offensive comments.

    So pathetic.

  • Yeah, I don't use this name anywhere but here, so that's someone else. Yes, I make fun of people who are insane fanboys of a particular car. But this is another deal altogether. You are lying. Statistics I posted earlier in the comments prove that over doubling the wheel horsepower of an engine with only 8 psi is impossible.

  • no its not.

  • they don't claim that anyway. they claim 376 up from 197 with 8.5 psi

  • There's a huge difference between wheel and crank horsepower. 197 is crank. They claim 376 wheel. The fact that you confuse the two only highlights how little you know.

  • excuse me. 185 hp. who the fuck cares why are you claiming that this is a scam?

  • Drivetrain loss is 15-20%. I've personally witnessed an STI make 235 whp brand new on the dyno. 1 atmosphere = 14.7 psi. In order to double the horsepower, as a general rule of thumb you have to double the atmosphere. Cooling the air via an intercooler helps a some. Let's be generous and say drivetrain loss is 15% for a civic. that's 167 to the wheels. 375/167 = 2.25x the horsepower. That would be expected for 16 psi with added intercooler efficiency. In short: he's lying.

  • hmm.. thats actually a pretty good argument. i thought you were just hating on their turbos. cool to see you did the math and shit lol

  • Actually a very poor argument. Don't be bamboozled by strong language. You should be persuaded only by compelling logic, facts and evidence.

Ask him to demonstrate to you how he's tested our kit. That's what science is: testing in a lab or out in the field.

FagSlayer69 never heard of a scientist or engineer. They put their hands on the products and test them.

Apparently, he's only heard of a statistician. They sit at their desks in their offices and manipulate numbers.

  • I never said I believed him. I was just surprised that he actually had put thought into his argument and wasn't just running around telling everyone that they suck. I still think your guy's turbos are legit

  • Good.

Someone who can't produce a single scientific test ought not to be believed.

  • That's funny, I didn't use the word 'statistics' once in my argument, and only once on posts to this thread altogether, during which I was referring to the numbers I posted previously, which is an alternate definition for statistics - not the one you are referring to.

Of course you'd like me to buy your bullshit turbo kit and have me test it - you'd get more money that way. But I'm not. Because you're a fraud

  • You said, "Statistics I posted earlier in the comments" which obviously means that you meant that your earlier numbers are statistics.

But then you say the numbers are an alternate definition for statistics.

Either they are statistics or they are not statistics.

Exactly what is an alternate definition of "statistics"?

  • We don't want you as a customer. You're so feeble-minded, incompetent and illiterate that you'd mess up the installation and give us a bad reputation.

Seeing all those wonderful comments on your YouTube profile,

    "punk ass bitch"

"yeah, you totally love the cock"

"Hey everyone this guy is a fucking asshole"

why in the world would we want you as our customer. No way!!!

I can't imagine anyone who wants you as their customer because you'd ruin their reputation, credibility and sales.

  • You keep ducking the point, total fraud that you are. You have not tested the kit. You don't have to buy the kit. You just have to test it.

    You have not tested it.

    Ever hear of science?

    Science tests things.

    You have not.

    Therefore, you are unscientific.

    Thus, you are a fraud.

  • Yeah, keep up with the personal attacks. That really makes your point look valid. It's a PTE 6262 according to your website, but I don't see compressor maps anywhere. If this turbo was as amazing as you claim, you'd think you'd have some evidence to back this up.

I just want to see the compressor map of a turbo that has double the efficiency of every other in existence, that's all.

  • You should talk about personal attacks...why do you make a big deal out of them you since you're so fluent in attacking things that have done nothing to you?

Calling something a fraud without scientific evidence really makes your case, huh?

Saying it's fraud among other choice terms repeatedly really makes your case, huh?

If you are asking for the map now, you have just admitted that you are the fraud because you don't have all the facts.

    Go find the map yourself.

  • Our evidence is video.

Our evidence is the dyno graphs of other performance shops who have installed our kit and produced similar dyno numbers.

Feel free to contact any of the shops listed on our website. That's why they are there.

Go tell them that they're also frauds for faking their numbers as well.

  • What makes you so smart and all of our customers and their shops so dumb?

How could all of our customers miss the fact that our kit was a fraud? How could all of the performance shops located around the country miss it when they were installing our kit?

How could we perpetrate a fraud for over 2 years without one single person catching on to our deception?

How could all those boost gauges be wrong when they said 4 psi, 6psi or 8psi?

    Just wondering...

  • What do you think about someone who says that we're butthurt and then repeats himself in a second posting?

What do you think of someone who says, "a down syndrome faggot with a lollipop because of HON-tarded FWD"

    or

"If they're stupid enough to drop 20k on a honda"

That sure looks like a personal attack. What do you think?

  • Where is your flow rate, expressed as either cfm or lbs/minute? If you don't have that, the fact that you are trying to prove something only highlights how little you know.

  • What turbo is in the kit? Post it and I'll look up the compressor map. I seriously doubt it's going to tell me anything that could possibly corroborate your claims of being over 200% efficient.

  • Our turbo is listed on our website. It's always been there. Had you spent more time researching and less time shooting your mouth off, you would not be asking that question.

It shows once again how poorly you did your homework (which explains why you failed out of 1st grade several times).

  • A quick survey of all the texts related to FagSlayer69 show the same infantile, immature and condescending tone. If it looks like FagSlayer69, sounds like FagSlayer69 and stinks like FagSlayer69, it is FagSlayer69.

It's laughable that you keep using the term "statistics" - as the saying goes, "there are lies, damn lies and statistics."

You're the worst of the liars because statistics can be made to prove anything! You're masquerading behind some equations that you've pulled off the internet.

  • Yeah, ajperformance is just butthurt because someone caught on to his scam.

  • Where have you demonstrated this with evidence?

    Please state your testing methodology.

  • Fag slayer is a faggot

  • He has been called that and worse many times over and he revels in receiving that kind of compliment.

The inescapable conclusion is that he's suffered too many concussions from falling off his Schwinn 4G63 tricycle and he wasn't wearing a helmet.

  • Is this kit compatible with the 2007-09 Civic Si?

  • This kit is for the Si but we are actually working on one for the Civic. We have a prototype car at the moment and working through turbo selection.

We expect to have something in the next month.

  • No, I don't think the average person would pay for 2 different dynos. Dyno time is expensive. Wicked-sick buuuurn about my IQ/Age though - way to get the focus off of your lies.

  • Well, your ignorance continues to shine like a super nova. There's this thing called "Dyno Day", which I know you've never heard of.

Lots of dynos hold one, two or several per year and quite often a group of friends will go because it's fun and dyno prices are discounted.

I realize this all comes as a shock to you since you think dyno time is expensive.

You have not offered one shred of evidence to back up your assertion that our statements are false.

    You are the liar.

  • Yeah, but that isn't cross-shop, now is it?

    * 1psi of turbo boost is aprox 5% of original horsepower

    * in theory, every 14.7 psi over atmospheric doubles the horsepower output to the flywheel

Can't post the link, so google it, dipshit. Of course, you've invented the magic turbos that can somehow output over double this estimate.

  • I didn't realize you lived where there were more cows than people.

Here in South Florida, there are dynos all over the place. Ample opportunity to go "cross-shop" (wow, what a concept!).

I guess if our shop were located where you live, we'd be the only dyno for several hundred miles.

  • Ha! Ha! I can see your reading speed is slower than your typing speed, which would explain why you didn't get to this part of the discussion from which you quoted.

The quote that you so lamely tried to use as evidence was replied to:

"in theory, every 14.7 psi over atmospheric doubles the horsepower output to the flywheel"

correct in theory, but properly tuned b series motors aimed at hp will greatly over reach the double hpo for 14.7lbs of pressure.

many can do as much as 130% or more.

  • Yeah, I read it, but I understood it to be the fanboy bullshit it was. Oh yes, honda engines are possess magic powers that can break the rules that apply to normal engines!

  • What is a normal engine? And why do you believe it to be a normal engine?

  • K20's are high-compression VTEC engines. If anything, they do WORSE under boost than ordinary engines.

  • Let me type slower:

    What

    is

    a

    normal

    engine?

  • It speaks volumes about your reading comprehension if you try to post it as proof and now you claim you don't believe it. Uh huh.

  • You conveniently left out the author's qualifier, "- If I'm correct, " which preceded your first quote.

Why didn't you quote his entire statement?

"- If I'm correct, I believe 1psi of turbo boost is aprox 5% of original horsepower (it can vary i guess.)"

    That's your proof?!?!?

  • I actually have a real car, that I've dynoed for real, on a Dyno Dynamics dyno, and that statement is close to correct. I've been to dyno days - I've watched the numbers. They corroborate with this claim, which I've seen before. Others on that forum agreed with the estimate. Since I have a 4g63, that is actually designed for boost, I can make real power at real boost levels, unlike this imaginary honda bullshit.

  • I didn't know you had a 4G63 Matchbox car.

If you had a real one, I'm sure you would have videos.

Oh, you should search YouTube for:

"Honda of America Racing Team" VIR

and let me know who you think sponsored them with a turbo kit.

  • Any time buddy! We run at Palm Beach International Raceway.

Or you can run against Honda of America Racing Team, at the Redline Time Attack series this year. Yeah, Google that one and name the track you'll be at.

Plenty of opportunity to show everyone that you are *not* brain-damaged from carbon monoxide poisoning and that Hondas are imaginary.

  • Your car is as real as the videos you've posted of it on YouTube.

  • I overestimated your IQ - I thought it was your shoe size but I see that it was several magnitudes too high.

  • i have a 09 si sedan how much hp would i gain from this kit

  • You have 4 options:

    1. Stock engine - 376 whp at 8.5 psi

    2. Stock engine with AEM F/IC - 420 whp at 11 psi

    3. Built engine with AEM F/IC - 500 whp at 17 psi

    4. Built engine with sleeved block, AEM F/IC - 700 whp at 25 psi

  • Yeah, turboing the highest-compression engine ever. Brilliant fucking plan.

There is no way: I repeat NO WAY you can get a turbo that will give you 376 whp at 8.5 psi that you could spool on your piece of shit economy 2 liter.

Even if by some miracle this were possible, you'd just skip all around like a down syndrome faggot with a lollipop because of HON-tarded FWD. Hondas are for Grandmas. get over it.

  • Hey, when did you land from outer space? It's obvious you came from another planet because we've been selling our kit with those numbers for well over two years.

If our cars were as slow as yours, struggling to break into 3-digit horsepower, we'd be saying the same thing about all the Honda tail lights we see passing us.

  • um, no. You're fucking with your dyno numbers if you're getting over 300 whp @ 8 psi on that shitty fucking motor. End of Story.

  • Well, it's too bad you're not from outer space because at least you would have a defensible reason for not being able to comprehend 376 whp at 8.5 psi.

The only conclusion that can be drawn from your factless rant is that you failed kindergarten and you are still working on mastering your tens digit.

You really ought not to use a number that has more than two digits in a sentence because it's obvious you have no comprehension of a 3-digit number.

  • If our kits didn't make those numbers, how do you think we have been able to sell them for over two years?

  • Comment removed

  • By lying to your customers, of course! If they're stupid enough to drop 20k on a honda, they'll believe the bullshit you pull out of your ass about making over 200whp out of 8 psi on a 2 liter.

  • You don't think our customers could go to another dyno and test it for themselves?

You don't think they would complain long and loud if they didn't get what they paid for?

You don't think they would fill the forums with their complaints?

Name one other product that costs at least 4 digits that was sold for over two years in which people didn't get what they were promised.

  • Put your money where your mouth is:

    1. Name a performance shop with a dyno.

    2. Pay round-trip shipping for us to ship a car to that dyno and back.

    3. If our car does not perform as advertised, we will cover your costs.

That's the only true End of Story.

Anything else is verbal diarrhea, which you seem to have in excess.

  • Yeah, that's just what you'd want me to do: spend money on your bullshit system that you peddle to high schoolers who'll believe anything you tell them. Ok, great. Sound plan.

  • You've got a point there: we don't sell to pre-schoolers like you, who are too young to drive anything without training wheels.

  • its dumb to boost a high compression engine, u shud of put low compression cams up there

  • Be sure to bring your low compression cammed car down to our shop so we can compare it to our car with the boosted high-compression engine.

  • I want this so bad i have a civic si 08 live in fl where are yall located. If i do get this i would want ajp to install this.

  • If you want it this bad, just wait until you take a test ride in one of these bad boys.

We are located in Fort Lauderdale. Check out our website for address and contact information:

    ajperformance (dot) com.

  • any performance kit for FD ?

  • We don't know - we need pictures of the engine bay to figure that out.

  • hey guys wots up i have a 06 civic si and i gor 10g to put in that baby can u tell me where i can get with that tanx
