all the most brilliant kids at elite schools use "um" a lot. look at any video of a top college. the use of language changes. they don't care what uneducated middle-aged elementary school teachers/old middle class strivers that went to podunk state think of the use of the word "um." if you have a problem with "um" usage, you clearly aren't a part of this elite educational community. it only makes you look like a loser when u criticize it. she's probably 19. what, do u expect a british accent?
