I appreciate this effort. Its not bout how he said, but what he said. May be he isn't too strong with his English, but he is still trying and has the courage to upload a video to improve his business. That is no joke.

As far as the language is concerned, I can assure you he can speak more languages than you can imagine. He can speak in his language and you wouldn't understand a word. If he speaks in English, its for you to understand.
