I don't think your making to much power with this thing. My buddy Bankarunner has some really good powerful motors that make tons of power. Maybe he can sell you one, and then you would really be going fast.

Just got done w the new head its a "reverse port", meaning the mikuni 44 carb is now mounted where the exhaust port was, modded w/ Jesel y2k roller rockers, 6mm titanium valves by minidragbike. it should make some decent rpm if u havnt snapped a cam. . . 'ur not going fast enuff'

big carb needs big valves. lets say you use a 46mm valve, now thats gonna need at least a 48mm valve seat . (amuse me), How are you going to fit that size of a seat on a 390 head. it takes a lot of spring pressure to control that heavy of a valve at least 200psi. with the added spring pressure the stock cam will break before it hits 5k rpm. what have you been smoking? asked my friend what 'bobo' means.......and thats YOU!! ha ha ha ha!!!

yes you can but once you mount the head on that thin wall off a block and torque it, guess where all that loads gonna go? remember the new sleeve is press fit only. it will start pulling the thin block wall and fins. the gx390 is an "Industrial engine and there's only so much you can do to it,opening it to 95mm is the wrong way to gain hp. now discuss this with your honda tech. . . . mr.honda power product member. . . . I highly doubt that you're getting 40hp out of an engine rated at 13.3 net hp and 16 bhp gross, and especially since your video claims it is modified to 20 hp. Where did the additional 20hp come from? And is that a stock carburetor and carb intake?
@CebuBangkaRacer we get from the extension gear..just observe in the back portion of the engine...the standard horse power of that engine is 16..and we modified the gear the carb hole...we have one engine that we convert the carb. but i delet it..
@CebuBangkaRacer Modded GX390's can easily make 40hp. I know a guy that has got his GX200 to 40hp (bored out obviously) If his engine has been bore out from the standard cylinder, That will increase the cc's making it a larger 'stock' Hp. So it is now a 'stock' 20 hp with a max Hp of 40...
@yelson910 he also has custom cam, head, absoulately everything. It is now a 312cc engine from 196. 40hp is it's max power at the ultimate part of the power band not from stock.

yeah.. those are drag engines that runs 1/8 or 1/4 mile only. they have a narrow powerband and those engines dont last. they open or refresh them 3 to 4 times a year. in 3 weeks MdB will bring out PrO moD2 with a DVM billet head, stay tuned
@sdylke why 16...just look in the back portion so u can see the different of 13 and 16...and we use standard carb..we just adjust the hole of the carb.....and the cam gear...we have change the inside gear...ok...

95mm = DanGER
(1) not enough block material for the new sleeve. too close to the cooling fins
(2) too close to the head bolt holes, it won't hold the cylinder head in place
(3) head gasket will not seal

@yelson910 he also has custom cam, head, absoulately everything. It is now a 312cc engine from 196. 40hp is it's max power at the ultimate part of the power band not from stock.

@makypunk021 Yes I am absoulately positive. My GX200 puts out around a MAX of 23hp. It is a 6.5hp but At peak power in the power band it is at around 23hp. Just like at stock rpm it does 5200rpm now mine will do around 9500rpm on the stand if i dared rev it that high.

@makypunk021 its not the size that matters. you could make a weed wacker engine have 20 hp if you really worked wtih it.

yeah.. those are drag engines that runs 1/8 or 1/4 mile only. they have a narrow powerband and those engines dont last. they open or refresh them 3 to 4 times a year. in 3 weeks MdB will bring out PrO moD2 with a DVM billet head, stay tuned

@sdylke why 16...just look in the back portion so u can see the different of 13 and 16...and we use standard carb..we just adjust the hole of the carb.....and the cam gear...we have change the inside gear...ok...
