(Yay I'm on TV!) I started eating bugs last year and now I eat them so now and then and I think it's great. If you prepare them well they can have great tastes. And compared to meat there are so many profits of eating bugs...

but people are not disgusted by eating arthropod in the ocean, like shrimp and lobsters. Think about it, they're like the bugs at bottom of the water, eating fish waste.

A better question is... if I see a bug on my plate of bug, how do I know that it's supposed to belong there on the plate or not?
