I've never heard this one before. More musical than the caprices. And it makes me think that Paganini was Baroque at heart.
Besides, I like guitar. And with violin it is great!
Also, barefoot playing is the best. Much better stability. Also reduces unwanted formant transmission and re-radiation through high stiffness spike heels ;0
Alice, think you might be interested in stopping in Ocean County some day on the way back from Juilliard to play at senior villages in Whiting.? My real e-mail is
thegottwerths@comcast.net. I'm vp in charge of entertainment at a village of 1,000. My name is Don. Quite interested, and quite legit. Your playing has always been super since your tube symphony orchestra introduction. Even some of your intra-city students can come with you to perform.
I guess when they called a section of music a 'movement' they didn't think of some one taking a crap...or maybe it a crap wasn't called a 'movement' then?
Paganini composed six sonatas of Opus 2...This Sonata Concertata in A Major here was beautifully played by Caeli and Michael. You probably know the " Italian Coloratura " as Ole Bull said once...Great !
I play classical guitar too, I'd love to play with you one day! :D
