  • I do all kinds of abs every day. 0:26 she is doing the bicycles wrong. If she did them right, she would have gotten better results in half the time.

    Besides, there are better workouts. Scissors, Planks if you don't do much ab exercises, and if your hardcore then Russian Twists, right side, and left side crunches.

    And working on your abs isn't going to make you lean in the ab area. Only diet will do that. If you just do abs you'll actually increase the muscle mass in your core making it look "thicker." So without proper diet and other exercise, you're just going to look fatter.

  • Man, I've tried everything. I literally went cold turkey with my diet eating nothing but healthy foods. I tried the whole "small meal" thing. I starting working out at least 4 times a week by doing weights and running at least a miles. Nothing seems to work for me. Idk, maybe I'm just destined to be fat.

    Anyway, if anybody has any tips for me, respond please.

  • the question is how long did you actually do these workouts and diets? And did you combine them? these are all vital in figuring out how to help yourself lose weight....

  • change your overall lifestyle instead of dieting then falling back into old habits, or... diet pills? lol. peoples bodys dont always naturally look like a model... but as long as your healthy, the normal weight for your body.

  • Also, people think lots of foods are healthy when they're actually shit.

    Meat, Veg, Fruit, Nuts, Oils

    Don't eat complex carbs, fruits and veg are all you need.

  • Complex carbs are good for you when you don't eat like a pig. Everything in moderation. It's the fats and oils you need to eat sparsely.

  • Do you get enough sleep? Word has it that's actually very crucial to weight loss. also, it might be less discouraging to just make small changes to your lifestyle one at a time and congratulate yourself for maintaining those changes whether or not they result in rapid weight loss. And when you work out, make sure you keep at the cardio for at least twenty minutes. Finally, don't expect to lose weight instantly. It's a gradual process for most people. Just keep at it; there's always hope. :)

  • I disagree on some parts... not everyone has perfect abs, i have seen some people who are really thin, but have no muscle definition, it depends on if you naturally build muscle easily. but you are 100% right on the cardio part :)
