I starting working out at least 4 times a week by doing weights and running at least a miles. Nothing seems to work for me. Idk, maybe I'm just destined to be fat.

first off, anything said about not drinking sodas really work! i lost five pounds after lent when i gave up soda. secondly, i like step 1 with the bicycle exercise i did it about 2 minutes ago and i can really feel the burn
I disagree on some parts... not everyone has perfect abs, i have seen some people who are really thin, but have no muscle definition, it depends on if you naturally build muscle easily. but you are 100% right on the cardio part :)
