@charleeinwonderland - once you have downloaded the house your sims 3 launcher shoul pop up and in the 'downloads' section it will appear- you tick the box and click install. it might take a while if its your first item installed. once its done, run the game and press 'edit town' in the game play options menu. it will be in the households section. hope that helped =]

You should probably go through your computer and delete the things you dont use any more. (Cookies, Old documents, old computer games etc) You should also delete sims 2 if u dont use it
