@ethanashton well i'm no scholar in political science, but I'd say with very little doubt that Obama is our best bet right now. Whoever wins, the economy is going to remain shaky, and there isn't by default a single, particular solution to the economy and other problems. In these times, I want a good man more than anything else. I thirst for philosophy and principle :/

Ron Paul knows his stuff. I hat politics and I hate that these guys take our money..send our brothers and sisters to die in war and then have the audacity to sit there and say that I could be detained without question if I am suspected of criminal activity under the Patriot act and NCAA. These two acts violate the very foundations of which this country was built on. Read the Constitution bill of rights!!

To those of you so in awe of him, blown away by his words, please bear in mind that this a campaigning period, and that they don't necessarily reflect his true mind, beliefs, personality and thinking.
That being said, I do think he's a good man but he's an old man. More than his death, I fear America being turned into a kindergarten.

@SilverBleed360 you say we cant trust him, but his record, a very long adn extensive record 100% backs up what he is saying, mitt romney we cant trust, he says hes conservative now but he wasnt a few years ago, ron paul says he is conservative and his voteing record shows he was the same conservative he is today as he was decades ago, thats what sets him apart from the others, he has the record to back his words up.

@MrSpukinator He may be able to back everything up, but what did he say to begin with. LIke if he said cut 'all' foreign aid 10 years back, and backs it up now.... well its still a ludicrous idea. I don't really care which party they're from. And if they said something incorrect some time back, I rather they learn and change their position today. I'm sure he wishes well for the country, but he's not the right man for the job now. I'd say Obama's the best bet. And no, i don't trust Romney lol

@ethanashton well i'm no scholar in political science, but I'd say with very little doubt that Obama is our best bet right now. Whoever wins, the economy is going to remain shaky, and there isn't by default a single, particular solution to the economy and other problems. In these times, I want a good man more than anything else. I thirst for philosophy and principle :/

@SilverBleed360 I am no scholar either but when you look at the fact that Obama is leading the country nowhere I am pretty sure you need to do some research if you think Obama is the best bet. If you have already come to this conclusion please don't vote. I don't care if the president is rich, poor, ugly, handsome, white or black. I wan't someone that has a proven voting record for fighting for our rights and Ron Paul has that.

The other candidates know that Ron Paul is spot on. He's admired and dispised because he says what needs to be said and they are all mere followers with half-assed plans that produce nothing more than empty hope that things will get better. Why in the hell does the government think your money is theirs to spend how they wish. It's our tax money and it should be spent on what we want as a nation. Vote Rone Paul 2012
