BY LEARNING TO USE YOUR EARS. No need for that, anyway, I don't know the names of any Mandolin chords, but, the first part = (from low to high) 5230, then x331 for the end of bar accents then the verse is the arpeggios you here with these chords: x230, x331, x230, x331, x533, x230, x331, x230, x03x, x23x, x03x, 5230. Again, this is just how I play it, I've not made sure the tab is perfect+it probably isn't.

The same chords of the guitar?! C, F C,F,C C,F,G C,F C,G,C F,G,C,F (some people play aminor instead of the last F) F,G,F,C around again... Mandolin strings are tuned like an upside down guitar (G,D,A,E - as opposed to EADG) So it really isn't difficult you just need to use you ears for rhythms
