today, a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration – that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively. There's no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we're the imagination of ourselves. Here's Tom with the weather.
Wish he were still alive. The amount of material he would have to work with nowadays would be hilarious...then again, the amount of material he would have to work with would be pretty friggin' depressing. RIP, Bill, you continue to be amazing, even in death.
Bill Hicks WAS THE MAN! Why do all the good ones have to go too soon? Bill Hicks, Lenny Bruce, Sam Kinison, etc... all truth tellers that are funny as hell, maybe too much for much of nonthinking society can handle!
George was awesome too, but at least he got to live a fairly long life (it's all relative I suppose) as opposed to the others that I mentioned that all died young, too damn young.
But your point is well taken, George was one of the greats! I'm glad that I got to see him in concert at least once. It was about 12 or 13 years ago at the Rosemont Theater in the Chicago suburbs, amazing show! It's actually hard to believe that it's been over 2 years since George died, but his legend lives on!

This guy and his ideals is why the world is totally screwed. If entire generations think it is OK to be high all the time, society will go to the dogs.
You guys might think that that life's great while the country's kind to you, but when EVERYONE is sitting at home smoking pot, ordering takeaway and popping out babies, think who will pay your doll cheque?
I know most of you are probably teenagers, so maybe once you grow up you will see sense.
This guy is a stand-up comedian doing stand-up n if you're taking him seriously then it seems there's only 1 person who needs to grow up here. I didn't hear the bit where he said it was OK to be high all the time. I did hear him saying he enjoyed drugs but dont do them anymore. The way your talking it sounds lyk you aint mature enough to watch this, just sounds like your an arrogant idiot who watches youtube videos 2 gloat about your ignorant morals and get owned in arguments by younger people

Yes. I'm really feeling 'owned' right now.
But anyway, back to real life... it wasn't just this comedian's comments I was commenting on. I could listen to stand up comedian's talking about anything and find it funny. My reaction was based on the comments by others who were idolising this guy because to them he appeared to be condoning excessive drug use and therefore justifying their use.
Comedy is comedy, but it should never be confused with reality.
I live with BIG stoners who barely hold fast food jobs n buy lots of wee, and it's not even really the drugs. It's that they are stupid. They just make pretty terrible decisions in general, sober or not.
Stupid people are just a statistical part of the population. They have no real power, and they're not gonna ruin the country. They're just gonna be stupid.
Lots of people can use drugs responsibly, BUT lots of people can't and just assume they can.
learn more about this fellas belief b4 you down what he believes. And plants that grow on our planet that kick the brain synapsis into over drive and than 'can' open your eyes would be helpful, if used in the right way, to the whole damn planet
@dipsetmuthafucka oh god so much. When the opening shots of the 2nd iraq war started all i could think was how pissed off Hicks would be that bush jnr was having another go!

Lots of drug users are adult taxpayers. You focus on the negative media stereotype instead of opening your eyes. Your choice.
