I build homes in NC. We do things a bit different to start we use laminated dbl.beams for our gurters for strenth, and we ALWAYS put a treated 2x4 under the band of the floor system maybe I couldnt see it,anyway make sure its there or your band will rot. And being from the south I've never seen R-Max do you wrap it, or is it a vapor barrier itself meaning you dont need to wrap it?
