I would buy this over an A8, while I love the A8's interior over the competition a bmw is a bmw and nothing drives like a beemer, I would take the A8 over the LS or S class though both of those are just boring and dated looking compared to the 7 and A8 imo and for the price of the S65 i'd rather save up an extra hundred grand and go for a rolls royce ghost. But seriously this car is so gorgeous.
I have afew questions for you, first why did you cover the license plate? secondly how does the performance, engine note, and fuel economy compare to the 750Li, and Activehybrid 7L? If all are affordable which one should be chosen?
Wonder why these people bought a 2009 model, they obviously had enough money, why not get the latest one? Even thought they're exactly the same. It helps with resale later on.
@carsaregood911 The car was a ready stock. My family friend ordered it in Dec 2009, so when all the documents and registration were complete, it was 2010 already. Besides, they got it the 1st week of 2010, there wouldn't be any 2010 models yet and they wanted the car before the 2nd week of 2010.
Nice to see a thorough vid of the 7-series. Are these the family friends who owned the 1995 740i? The US now has the 740i/il! Before we only could choose between V8s or V12s.
@1bentley4ever in Canada 740i/Li is not yet available... I really wish BMW Canada will offer it very soon, otherwise purchasing one in USA is a good alternative, but getting around gov't red tape and all ain't gonna be pretty.
@charsiubau1 That sucks! Too bad cars aren't as affordable in Canada as they are in the US. What I would like to see is the US and Canada get the 740d which has the 3.0 twin turbo l6 diesel with about 600 NM of torque.
haha u from malaysia ? cause i see the reflection of a myvi ..

gorgeous car, would have one of these over a new A8 any day. Such a nice sound considering it's a 6 cylinder as well not an 8

@EDP407 Yeh, same here. Will take this over an A8. I'd take an A8 over the LS or S-Class though. =)

This particular powertrain is missing the deep growl sound to its motor. Mainly because of it is V6.
Godlikehenry 1 year ago
@Godlikehenry It doesn't have a V6, it's an inline-six.
