"最初の部分は親指と人差し指の交互のピッキングで構成する"と、あるサイトで読んだのですが、貴方を含めその他ehime-maruを演奏されている方々の右手の様子をみていると、どうもそれだけでなくプリングオフをまぜて演奏されているような気がしたので質問に及びました。実際のところはどうなのでしょうか？

実際に演奏を見たこともないし、楽譜があるわけでもないので絶対とは言えませんが、この曲は開放弦へのプリングオフを使っていると思いますよ。

my friends knows how to play this and i asked him how he learned it and he said to look it up on youtube. cool song

Yes, My ukulele have a pickup(Fishman AG-Uke with Pre-Amp).
But I think that I did not use it on this video.
