But when you're still in the hangar, and press to launch in that formation.

The man that says that, has the same voice as Chopper.

@VangarianK i would think of that as a coincidence where a ground crew member probably has a voice strikingly similar to Chopper. Namco could have done this to make more roles for the voice actors.

when i first bought this game i was like"oh, there like five ace combat games,they must all be the same so this will be easy.". Dude, i got killed a bazillion times. there's freaking bosses now.huge difference and loving it.

@iluvcireal true, but I found ace combat zero to be much, much harder because you face many more aces and you only have one wingman.

@Musicguy421 i gatta agree with that man AC:0 was awsome yet vary challenging unlike AC:JA [joint assult] for the psp which was so easy i beat the game in like 1hr so i want more of a challeng from the AC sieres

@blaze1849 Personally, I don't think I would try JA even if it was harder. One other factor that motivates me to play Ace Combat is the great stories told about the fictional countries. I prefer the story to be told with fictional countries so that I am not influenced by the real world (for example, the Assault Horizon trailer shows the US and Russia fighting each other over Miami).

@Musicguy421 i get whare your comeing from but u also got to know thare are real states in countries such as in ac:5 oseahad fought the yukes but actuily had to fight belka belka is a real state in england as is osea and im not sure about yuketobaniea but if u look at the mapes in the brifings of ac5 u can see what places thay look like

@blaze1849 there is no belka in england. actually, there is an area in Europe called the Balkans. Formerly in the Balkans was Yugoslavia, a socialist country similar to the portrayal of Yuktobania, which is an allegory to the former Soviet Union. There is an island in England called Osea island, but it is clear that Osea represents the United States, while the flag is similar to the European Union. Ace Combat 5 was representing an alternate universe where the Cold War was fought.

@blaze1849 you're probably right about that since Namco must have been looking around that geography for names for the Osean continent. Nonetheless, they only took names. My original point is that I prefer fictional countries to go to war against each other rather than seeing a fictional story, but with real countries like the United States and Russia

@AirForceRabbits rlly for some reson i found that i did vary good with a mig-31 foxhoud and needed no ugbl's i used reguler missiles and still won

Pfft the X-29A is for the pros, *enemies laugh at the F-5E remodel* It' sjust a F-5.... *gets closer* OMG it has FORWARD SWEPT WINGS IT's an X29!!! *enemy planes start scattering like flies as quick turning missiles start downing them one by one and the little planes agility makes it untouchable*

@Tomcat432 Yeah, it was the nickname for the F-14B. The F-14A was the Tomcat, the F-14D was the Super Tomcat, and the F-14B was the Bombcat because it was designed to add ground attack capabilities to it's air-to-air capabilities

@TheSoddoma took me several hours to do this mission yesterday ... also ... i do this whit the 2nd camera (the pilot camera) and whit the F-35 (because have the U.S.E.S and a nice MOBILITY and SPEED) and thinking in 8492 when a friend advised me... (also in that severals hours i tried to do it whit the F-22 or the Su-47 for the 3rd reason ... but is hard to take all so fast) ... well now i beat this 3 mission for luck (also took me too 1 hour to learn the move to take all the 8492)

I did this stage with both Falken and SU-32;SU-32 was fun but then in the 8492 I had to fly like crazy to kill all those planes.Whnat I rush :)

i ran out of missiles at the last part where you need to destroy the towers with the guns. i used my machine gun and it worked!

the f35 and falken are good for this mission. F-35 for it Special Weapons missiles and cuz u can shoot those and then use the guns on the hard towers.

The Falken is good cuz of its lazer

@Musicguy421 I like using the F/A-18 because of how logical it would be to see in an aerial battle/ground operation- so I'm mainly just playing along and kicking ass and pretend I just got launched from an aircraft carrier. Hey I can make up my own story too right? XD

This mission shows how great the Razgriz's are. Assaulted the Fortress twice already and failed horribly. Then comes the Razgriz and they succeed! AWESOME!
