if you look at the video, you can see the entire fight from :58 seconds onward in slow motion. it looks to me like lucic's best punch comes while harrison is on his knees.
so, let's not be so quick to say lucic didn't hit harrison while he was vulnerable.

Well, we can always make top 10 lists about fighters in the NHL, and they will always contain typical enforcers, that is, one-sided "hockey" players with one role to play.
But I will never include Lucic in any of those lists since he's a dangerous fighter AND a great hockey player. Clearly, Lucic is one of a kind and doesn't fit in any list but it's own...
(N.B. : I'm not even a Bruins fan, but objectively, every single team would like a player like that on their 1st line)

Yeah Loo will throw down but in terms of fighting ability if you put Chara vs Lucic, Chara would eat him alive. Same with the other guys I listed, for now at least. Give Milan a few more years and he could very well be the #1 fighter in the league.

What are you talking about? His first regular season fight was with 263lb Raitis Ivanans who hasn't lost a fight in 2 years, and has beaten Laraque. Ivanans is a beast, and Lucic challenged him when he was a 19 year old kid who was supposed to be playing in juniors!

It would be hard for him to fight them since one guy is on his team, another guy "Boogaard" has never dressed against Lucic. Orr and Laraque are the only 2 he's played against a few times, and since Julien ordered Lucic not to fight, Boston is 11-0 against Montreal, their chief rival. I'd say Claude Julien and Milan Lucic are in the heads of every Canadians fan, and it's driving them crazy!

I understand there's reasons he hasn't fought some of them but that helps prove my point, because you can't be the "Premier" fighter in the league if you haven't fought any of the previous ones.

It was a good fight, nothing cheap about it, Lucic let up at the right time..... It is not cheap or wrong for a fighter to hit him like he did, until you're in the skates and you see first hand how difficult it is to know exactly when a guy has given up and had enough you can make bold statements.
