If That person engages in Heterosexual sex - the Death Toll world wide will exponentially be catastrophic and yes - Worse than any form of Euthanasia - Ever bid on Earth So really- why I ask you honestly should anyone care about Gay Marriage? ? -

Heterosexual sex with intent to have child is a weapon of mass destruction. Not the act of sex. While you pray for things like a new car.. or to pass your exams... world peace for that matter.. the displaced are praying for those who displace to be displaced. - Law of attraction. I would pass Gay marriage .. Go Green (like Ten years ago) its already too late. and Stop acting like you are worthy to decide who can embrace matrimonially

Banning same sex marriage IS in fact a violation of the Constitution. The Constitution states that NO ONE can be discriminated against due to Gender, & banning Same Sex marriage does just that, It dictates who can & cannot get married due to their gender. It is sexist, & it is Gender Discrimination.

----Churches, like other institutions, have free speech rights. The behavior of pastors or ministers is well within that right to free speech.

-----I think you are correct about marriage & religious freedom. Some churches would be willing to marry Gay couples. To couples wanting to get married, marriage is no joke. I believe that people should make their own choices & live their own lives.
