it depends on what version of lobo would fight deadpool, some comics made him to be as strong as superman and others he was just a bit stronger than the average human, so if it were the less powerful lobo then i think it would be a good fight with deadpool

Lobos strength was originally based on his will to win in a situation. See the issue of him fighting guy gardner for example. He even says it in one of the panels. His real power seems to be derived from his invulnerability to most damage + anger x the amount of sheer willpower to beat the ever loving shit out of an opponent. Theres another good example of this. Darkseid hits him with the Omega Beam and kills him. Lobo is soooo mad he "wills" himself back from the dead as a ghost.
