Don't know who wrote it - could have been Mike Smith (Amen Corner) who was Reign's producer at the time? Andy Renton not only drummed on this - using Ringo Starr's drumkit as they were using Abbey Road Studios (!), but he and Binki did the backing vocals together - in a cupboard - to keep the backing vocals from intruding on the lead...no digital technology in 1970!!
